What is your delivery charge?Shipping policy shortly to be updated. The delivery charge is £75 for a dining set or £39 for any other piece/s of furniture, regardless of the order size. What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland, but if you live North of Edinburgh there may be an additional delivery charge and you may have to wait slightly longer to receive your furniture. How long will it take for my furniture to arrive? Each item on our website has an expected delivery wait time. We aim to deliver all items within the time stated. We will always contact you if your delivery is going to take longer than you were previously informed. We also undertake urgent deliveries and we are often able to deliver furniture far quicker than the times stated on our website.
When do you deliver?We deliver every day Monday to Saturday. We always arrange a day and time that is suitable for you. We use our own team of delivery drivers to ensure that the delivery goes smoothly, they will contact you 2-3days in advance to arrange an approximate delivery day/time with you. The driver may be able to offer evening and weekend deliveries. It is important that there will be someone at home at the time arranged with the driver as they will not be able to wait. If redelivery is required then there may be a charge for this and it may take up to 5 days to arrange a new delivery date.
What if the delivery date does not suit me?If you are given a delivery time that does not suit you then we will arrange a new time that is mutually acceptable and we will do everything we can to deliver your furniture to you without delay.
How does your collection service work?You may request to collect your furniture from our warehouse. Once we have notified you that your furniture is ready for collection, you can collect from our warehouse Monday-Friday10.30am-5.30pm.
