Delivery
  • All additional items are delivered free of charge.  One delivery charge payable on the highest value item only, everything else is delivered free.
  • Driver can call you up to 1 hour before arrival if requested, he will offer to place the items in a room of your choice and will take away all packaging.
  • Delivery costs to the following postcodes will incur a surcharge, this will be in addition to the delivery charge quoted on the product listing.

We can also deliver to Jersey and the Isle of Wight, please email enquires@tradefurniturecompany.co.uk for a delivery quote.

You can collect Mon – Fri, please arrange this 24 hours before you wish to collect

What if the delivery date  does not suit me?

If you are given a delivery time that does not suit you then we will arrange a new time that is mutually acceptable and we will do everything we can to deliver your furniture to you without delay.

How does your collection service work?

You may request to collect your furniture from our warehouse. Once we have notified you that your furniture is ready for collection, you can collect from our warehouse Monday-Friday10.00am-18.00pm.
