Warehouse Collection

When placing an order for warehouse collection you can collect this straight from our
warehouse at the address listed below however you will need to arrange this directly
with us in advance. To avoid a wasted journey please do not just turn up at the
warehouse as many of our team work remotely and our showroom at the warehouse
has closed so there may be no-one available to assist you if your collection has not
been prearranged.

If your item is in stock we will contact you via e-mail and ask you to contact us to
arrange collection. If we have not had any correspondence from you after one week
from the date of order and no payment has been received we will automatically
cancel the order for you. If your item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as it
arrives into our warehouse and will then hold it for you for two weeks.
The warehouse team will need time to pick your items for you and we will need to
ensure that there is a member of staff available to help with your collection, also the
warehouse will close to accept large shipments so please contact us in advance to
avoid a wasted journey. When you arrive to collect your order the warehouse team
will have the item/s ready for you and they will be boxed and ready to be loaded into
your vehicle. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs once the goods
have left the warehouse.
